Inside the Legal & Affairs Departement in Rome, we are looking for a Legal Affairs specialist.


Mission:

Ensure that every appropriate legal assistance is provided in connection with any business transactions, both within and outside the ordinary course of business, including intercompany, finance transactions and protection/exploitation of intellectual property rights


Activities:

  • Provide legal advice and assistance in the definition, drafting and negotiation of all kinds of commercial contracts, including public tenders and related agreements, purchase agreements, sponsorship agreements and intercompany agreements
  • Provide legal assistance to business units in relation to procurement activities, tenders, and contractual documentation
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies in relation to Intellectual Property, Antitrust and Foreign National Interest Regulators
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external advisors on day-to-day legal matters


Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Law
  • Preferably qualified as a lawyer in Italy
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ PQE in a law firm or in-house legal department; experience in aerospace and defense sectors would be ideal
  • Excellent knowledge of English language; knowledge of a second language (French, Spanish) would be an asset.
  • The candidate shall demonstrate strong analytical skills, sense of urgency and the ability to plan and manage multiple activities in parallel. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, together with a good level of autonomy in managing assigned tasks, flexibility, a problem-solving mindset and a strong professional motivation
