Ecommerce Manager

Prime Prometics is the fastest-growing pro-age cosmetics brand in the world, and we’re looking for a detail-driven and proactive E-commerce Manager to help run and evolve our Shopify storefront at Prime Prometics. In this role, you’ll work closely with our eCommerce Lead and developers to manage day-to-day site operations, support product launches, and execute on-site improvements that directly impact performance.

This is a hands-on role at the core of our eCommerce engine — perfect for someone who enjoys owning the details, solving problems, and continuously improving how customers experience our brand online.

What You’ll Do

• Work as part of the eCommerce team, supporting and collaborating directly with our eCommerce Lead and Developers.
• Manage day-to-day operations inside Shopify - updating product pages, content pages, metafields, collections, navigation, and on-site content.
• Oversee product launches by creating and configuring product templates, landing pages, and any required theme editor updates.
• Maintain and organize our on-site structure to ensure accurate product data and a consistent user experience.
• Work across multiple platforms within our ecosystem to support funnel and campaign execution - including setting up landing pages, advertorials, promotional flows, and other conversion-driven assets.
• Take ownership of on-site improvements — identifying issues, exploring solutions, learning quickly, and implementing enhancements with a problem-solving mindset.
• Execute routine on-site improvements, troubleshoot basic Shopify issues, and keep the storefront running smoothly.
• Support promotional setup, pricing updates, bundling, and seasonal merchandising tasks.

Bonus:

• Participate in CRO ideation and/or execution — helping design, support, or implement A/B test variations and on-site experiments.
• Provide input on UX/UI improvements based on customer behavior, analytics, or competitive insights.

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience managing Shopify stores and working confidently within Shopify’s admin, theme editor, and content tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills — ensuring the storefront remains accurate, clean, and conversion-ready.
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset — comfortable taking responsibility for defined areas while growing into broader responsibilities over time.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and launch timelines.
• Clear communication and comfort working with cross-functional teams.

Bonus:

• Experience contributing to or running CRO/A/B testing initiatives.
• Understanding of UI/UX best practices or interest in on-site optimization.
