What You'll Be Doing

An Identity and Access Management (IAM) Consultant specializes in designing, implementing, and managing IAM solutions to ensure secure access to systems, applications, and data within our client organization. The role is critical in maintaining cybersecurity, compliance, and operational efficiency. IAM is a strategic important service for our client to help their customers prevent breaches. Our client's IAM mainly works with Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.

How You'll Spend Your Day

  • Analyse business workflows to identify IAM requirements.
  • Perform role and access analysis to design Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models.
  • Prepare and present IAM compliance reports for audits.
  • Develop business policies for access governance and account lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure solutions align with business needs.
  • Document detailed IAM workflows and user stories for implementation.
  • Contribute to presales activities with scoping and reply to RfP/RfI.
  • Contribute to service description and development.
  • Lead Test Management (Test plan, Test Cases, Test Execution, Test Report).

You'll be successful if you have

  • 2–5 years of experience in business analysis with a focus on IAM, cybersecurity, or access governance.
  • Hands-on experience with access reviews, RBAC design, and compliance audits.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with IAM tools (e.g., Okta, SailPoint, Azure AD) and authentication protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth).
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks like GDPR, PCI-DSS, or HIPAA.
  • Strong business communication and stakeholder management skills.
