Business Analyst (Power BI)

We are looking for a Business Analyst/Power BI Developer with strong capabilities in building data models and generating automated business insights, including the identification and visualization of market trends.

The selected Business Analyst/PowerBI Developer will be responsible for:

• Gathering requirements, defining objectives, metrics and KPIs, and understanding business needs.

• Designing, building and maintaining efficient data models to ensure integrity, performance and scalability.

• Integrating different data sources (e.g. relational databases, files and APIs), and performing ETL (extract, transform and load) to feed the models.

• Creating interactive and visual reports and dashboards using Power BI features (Power Query, DAX and custom visualizations).

• Transforming raw data into clear, actionable business insights that align with stakeholder needs.

• Ensuring the quality, consistency and updating of the data presented in reports.

• Stay up to date with new Power BI features and BI/data analytics trends.

• Document models, processes and data flows.

• Ensure compliance with the organization’s data security and governance policies.

Technical skills:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis, data processing, and the graphical construction of business insights using Power Query and Power BI.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Strong knowledge of Power BI, DAX, Power Query, SQL, ETL processes, and Office 365.

• Solid understanding of databases and enterprise applications.

Academic/certification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Microsoft Power BI certification.
