Cybersecurity Manager

Position: Cybersecurity Manager

Location: Zurich, Switzerland

Contract: Permanent contract, full-time position

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for product cybersecurity across the full project lifecycle, from bid phase to compliance assessment
• Define and manage product cybersecurity activities and resources
• Ensure compliance with applicable cybersecurity standards and regulations
• Perform threat analysis, risk management, and requirement definition
• Support cost estimation during tender phase
• Act as focal point for product cybersecurity, including reviews, audits, and training
• Monitor cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities

Our ideal candidate should have:

• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Physics
• At least five years experience in a relevant technical role
• Hardware and software engineering background
• Knowledge of IEC 62443, ISO 21434, or ISO 27000
• Experience in defense environments is preferable
• Fluent in English (mandatory); knowledge of other languages is a plus
