We’re hiring a Software Engineer

Rekbot is an AI-powered performance platform for recruitment teams. We simulate real sales and candidate conversations, score live and recorded calls, and coach people to perform better in the real world.

We’ve built fast. We’ve got real users.

Now we need someone who can help us turn a fast-moving product into a coherent, scalable platform.

This is not a ticket-only role.

• Making AI scenarios genuinely context-aware (personas, triggers, memory)

• Ensuring CVs, JDs, transcripts, scores and analytics flow cleanly across the product

• Fixing scoring fairness, feedback quality, and AI behaviour

• Turning fragmented features into a joined-up system

• Improving dashboards, coaching zones, analytics and admin flows

• Helping move the platform toward a more event-driven, scalable architecture

• Are strong in React and modern backend APIs

• Have worked on complex products, not just isolated features

• Understand how AI-powered products behave in practice

• Care about UX clarity as much as backend logic

• Like cleaning up complexity and finishing systems properly

• You want narrow, ticket-only work

• You avoid product or UX thinking

• You need perfect specs to move fast
