Job Description:

Prepare consolidated WBS by collating Markets, CASA & DATA WBS Prepare material for governance and ad-hoc meetings Facilitate governance and stakeholder meetings on behalf of PMOs Prepare and circulate the Minutes of Meetings Follow up and close the action items from meetings Maintain risk registers on behalf of PMOs Track the deliverable status and facilitate the sign off process with stakeholders Facilitate in tracking the cost (against AFA & Masterplan) and timeline Compile details to be presented in CCB and RDA Remind both PMOs (Markets & Release) on key dates/milestones
