Artificial Intelligence Engineer

You won’t be stuck tuning models that never leave a notebook. In this role, you’ll take AI systems from idea to production and watch them drive real product decisions and customer outcomes. You’ll have ownership, visibility, and the space to grow into a senior technical voice.

What you’ll actually achieve

• Ship production-ready AI models that directly power core products and features
• Turn messy, real-world data into models that improve accuracy, speed, or automation at scale
• Influence how AI is designed, deployed, and maintained across the company
• Help move the team from experimentation to reliable, monitored AI in production

How you’ll do it

• Build and deploy machine learning models using Python and modern ML frameworks
• Design end-to-end AI pipelines: data → features → models → APIs or services
• Work closely with software engineers to integrate AI cleanly into backend systems
• Test, monitor, and iterate on models so they keep delivering value over time
• Make pragmatic trade-offs between model performance, scalability, and maintainability

What you bring

• Strong Python skills and hands-on experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn)
• Experience getting models into production—not just experimenting
• A solid grasp of ML fundamentals and how they apply to real products
• An engineering mindset: you care about clean code, reliability, and long-term impact
• Clear communication and a collaborative way of working

Nice to have (but not blockers)

• Experience with MLOps or model lifecycle tooling
• Cloud experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Exposure to NLP, computer vision, recommender systems, or time-series
• Experience in a product-driven or scale-up environment
