Whether it’s tapping a card on a city bus, unlocking a rental bicycle, or paying at a self-service kiosk, our infrastructure ensures that mission-critical transactions are seamless, secure, and instant.
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be a key player in ensuring our platform runs smoothly for our customers every day. Your primary focus will be on technical troubleshooting and support. Additionally, you will work alongside our established QA team, providing them with extra support and acting as a backup to ensure our software remains reliable and high-quality.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Customer Support: Act as the first point of contact for live customers, answering technical questions and investigating problems.
- Issue Resolution: Work closely with the Engineering team to debug and resolve complex customer issues.
- System Monitoring: Monitor live operations, dashboards and mailboxes to take immediate action on any production issues or alarms.
- Platform Configuration: Manage and update client documentation and help configure new organisations on our platform.
- QA Support: Collaborate with our existing QA team, utilising your remaining time to assist with testing activities and quality standards.
What We're Looking For:
- Customer-Centric: A passion for helping users and ensuring a smooth "Go Live" experience for new projects.
- Problem-Solving: A strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues under pressure.
- Communication: Strong communication skills, acting as a bridge between our clients and our internal Engineering, Product, and Sales teams.
- Technical Foundations: A basic understanding of software development concepts and the ability to work with various testing tools and technologies
- SQL & APIs: Basic knowledge of SQL for data analysis and some familiarity with tools like Postman or Swagger UI to help troubleshoot and test API requests.
- Education: Information Technology related education or a certificate of completion of relevant training.
- Location: You are currently based in Estonia (this is essential for our team’s collaboration and operational flow).
