MarketLeap is an AI-driven platform to instantly scale e-commerce sales across all marketplaces. Our founders, former executives at Amazon and Rocket Internet, recognized that D2C brands only reach a small portion of the fragmented e-commerce market due to the complexity and inefficiencies of marketplaces. These challenges prevent D2C sellers from focusing on their core business, such as product development. To address this, we built a fully integrated software solution that empowers D2C brands to seamlessly scale across multiple marketplaces worldwide.

We aspire to shatter the e-commerce boundaries in the same transformative fashion that Amazon achieved for the retail landscape. 

We're well-funded and backed by top investors, and are now looking for smart and ambitious engineers to grow our founding tech team, based in Luxembourg.

Skills you need to be great at this job

• Data Engineering Expertise: Proven ability to design and deliver ETL pipelines and manage cloud-based data infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP).
• Machine Learning Experience: Hands-on skills in training, deploying, and monitoring ML models in production using frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Programming Proficiency: Strong in Python, SQL, and experience with tools like Apache Airflow, dbt, or similar.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Comfortable tackling ambiguous problems and breaking them down into actionable solutions.
• Collaboration and Communication: Skilled at working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver impactful solutions.

What success looks like in the first 6+ months

• Data Pipeline Foundations: You’ve designed and implemented scalable, reliable data pipelines powering the product and analytics.
• ML Models in Production: Some ML models have been successfully deployed and are delivering measurable impact on business outcomes.
• Infrastructure Built for Scale: The data and ML infrastructure is optimized for growth, balancing performance and cost.
• Collaborative Wins: You’ve partnered effectively with key stakeholders to identify and deliver high-impact data/ML solutions.
• Impactful Insights: Your work has enabled meaningful insights and improved decision-making across teams.
