We’re looking for a Financial Controller to manage core reporting, budgeting, and portfolio performance.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Monthly reporting: prepare management reports, KPI dashboards, and performance summaries for key stakeholders
• Financial analysis, control & monitoring: track financial results vs budget/forecast, investigate deviations and recommend actions
• Budget control & financial planning: support annual budgeting, reforecasting, and long-term planning cycles
• Treasury & cash flow planning: Review and consolidate cash flow forecasts to ensure efficient liquidity position among the Group's entities.
• Portfolio accounting & setup: support portfolio reporting structure, ensure correct accounting treatment and reconciliation of portfolio data
• Regulatory reporting: support preparation and review of local regulatory reports for specific operating countries

What You Bring to the Table

• Familiarity and experience in the lending industry (consumer lending preferred)
• Strong accounting & regulatory knowledge
• Experience with monthly/quarterly/yearly closing and preparation of management accounts
• Strong understanding of financial controls and internal control environment
• Confident working with large datasets & strong Excel skills (automation tools are an advantage)
• Ability to work in a cross-functional and cross-country environment
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ownership mentality
