We are looking for an experienced and ambitious .NET developer to join our team. As a .NET developer, you are involved in design, development, coding, customization, configuration, testing, and deployment to support business applications. The team you will be part of supports applications that support complex logistics processes.

Responsibilities

This is what we expect from you as a .NET developer:

• Use established development tools, guidelines, and conventions, including but not limited to ASP.NET, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#/VB.NET;

• Preparing and maintaining code for various .NET applications and solving any defects in systems;

• Improve existing systems by analyzing business objectives, creating an action plan and identifying areas for change and improvement;

• Ensure that performance requirements are developed;

• Collaborate with colleagues to facilitate the creation of large, complex developments;

• Manage defect tracking system and resolve all issues and prepare update systems;

• Research and develop skills in new technologies;

• Drawing up technical specifications and test plans;

• Monitor the day-to-day operations of the system and provide needs support; Requirements and qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or equivalent with programming experience;

• At least 5 years of experience in developing large complex systems with .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Windows Forms and SQL Server in an n-tier architecture;

• Minimum 5 years development experience in different interfaces with different technical domain specific content;

• Minimum 5 years experience as a lead developer;

• MCSD (Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer) or MCPD (Microsoft Certified Professional Developer) certification is one pre ;

• Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills;

• Excellent organizational and time management skills;

• Self-managing, flexible and innovative;

• Strong background in object-oriented development techniques;

• Solution design patterns and best practices, eg SOA (Service Oriented Architecture);

• Database design and development (Microsoft SQL Server);

• Experience with Web Services, WCF (Windows Communication Foundation) and Service Oriented Architecture is a pre ;

• Experience with continuous development and continuous deployment (CI/CD) source control (Git) and continuous integration (Jenkins or Bamboo );

• Insight into Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies;

• Passion for technology and knowledge.
