Scrum Master

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master consultant to support two agile development teams and their Product Owner in a complex product and system landscape. The consultant should act as a senior agile practitioner, capable of quickly understanding new domains and teams, building trust, and enabling high-performing, collaborative ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Scrum Master for two development teams
• Facilitate and continuously improve Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Review, Retrospective)
• Support the Product Owner in backlog management, refinement, prioritization, and stakeholder interaction
• Support the development team in self-organization, flow efficiency, and continuous improvement
• Identify, remove, or escalate impediments that hinder team progress
• Promote trust, transparency, psychological safety, and constructive collaboration within the team and with stakeholders
• Adapt ways of working to team maturity and context, applying Scrum pragmatically rather than dogmatically
• Support adoption of agile principles in a scaled or cross-functional environment
  
  

Mandatory Requirements (Must Have)

• Extensive experience working as a Scrum Master in scaled agile software environments
• Senior, pragmatic approach to Scrum and agile ways of working
• Proven ability to be listening, adaptive, and flexible in leadership and facilitation style
• Strong capability to build trust and long-term relationships with Product Owners, development teams and stakeholders
• Experience working with distributed or cross-site teams
• Ability to quickly understand new teams, domains, and technical contexts
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Other: For this role we are only looking for you who has worked dedicated as a Scrum Master. We are not seeking Project managers, Product owners or close by roles.

Period: ASAP to end of the year.

Location: Stockholm - 2 days on site.
