Legal Manager

We are hiring a Legal Manager for one of the real estate developer in Dubai.

Job Summary:

The Legal Manager is responsible for handling the company’s legal matters, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, managing contracts, and providing legal support to business teams. This role works closely with management and external lawyers to protect the company’s legal and commercial interests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, agreements, MOUs, NDAs, and policies
• Provide day-to-day legal advice to internal stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and corporate governance requirements
• Identify and manage legal risks and propose mitigation strategies
• Coordinate with external legal counsels and law firms
• Support management on regulatory, compliance, and risk matters
• Handle disputes, claims, and legal notices where required
• Maintain proper legal documentation and records
• Support business initiatives from a legal and contractual perspective

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent)
• 5–8 years of relevant legal experience (in-house or law firm)
• Strong experience in commercial contracts and corporate legal matters
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations (UAE/GCC preferred)
• Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple matters

Preferred:

• In-house legal experience
• Exposure to compliance, governance, or regulatory matters
• Experience working with cross-functional business teams
