What we’re looking for:

We’re scaling quickly through organic growth and acquisitions, and we’re hiring an experienced IT Manager to build and lead our corporate IT function. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure, improving service delivery, and partnering with outsourced providers while remaining hands-on.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day corporate IT operations across Canada and the US, and any other locations.
  • Manage outsourced IT vendors, including escalations, and oversee SLAs
  • Oversee hardware lifecycle, device provisioning, and IT asset management
  • Support onboarding/offboarding and integration of acquisitions
  • Manage day-to-day operational needs while executing on various IT projects
  • Build scalable IT processes to support organizational growth


Qualifications:

  • The successful candidates must be able to travel with Canada and the USA.
  • 7+ years in IT operations or corporate IT support
  • Strong experience managing outsourced IT/help desk partners
  • Background in service-based organizations would be advantageous (financial services/consulting ideal)
  • People management experience would be considered an asset but not a must
  • Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and communication skills
  • A service mindset, high ownership, and comfort in dynamic, high-growth settings
  • Technical expertise including Microsoft Autopilot, InTune, Entra, SharePoint, etc.
  • Nice to have experience building and running infrastructure in Azure and configuring/administering corporate systems such as NetSuite.
