Scrum Master – App Development Team

🗓 Start: ASAP 📍 Location: Geneva 📅 Duration: 6 months renewable (100%)

We are looking for a Scrum Master to support an app development team and ensure the smooth delivery of high‑quality mobile applications. Acting as a servant leader, coach, and facilitator, you will help the team apply Agile principles, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Coach the team: promote Agile values, self‑organisation, and accountability
• Remove blockers: identify obstacles and ensure timely resolution or escalation
• Collaborate with stakeholders: work closely with Product Owners, developers, QA, and UX teams to maintain alignment
• Track Agile metrics: velocity, burndown charts, cycle time, and other KPIs to support transparency and decision‑making
• Drive continuous improvement: encourage experimentation and process optimisation
• Protect the team: shield the team from distractions and scope creep
• Manage Agile tools: ensure effective use of Jira, Confluence, and related tools
• Handle administrative tasks: update Jira tickets, maintain Confluence pages, schedule meetings, and document decisions and action items

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in software or mobile app development
• Experience with mobile teams (iOS and/or Android) and understanding of mobile-specific workflows
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and SDLC for mobile/web applications
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict‑resolution skills
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile project management tools
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud environments
• Exposure to UX/UI design processes and app store deployment
