Instant Payement Business Analyst

Experis Luxembourg is looking for a Business Analyst specialized in instant payement for one his bank client.

Your responsibilities

• Act as the main interface between business stakeholders, IT, QA, and external payment scheme partners.
• Gather, analyze, and formalize business and functional requirements for instant payment solutions.
• Contribute to functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and testing strategy.
• Design, execute, and coordinate functional, integration, and UAT testing activities.
• Create and maintain test cases, scenarios, and data aligned with business and scheme requirements.
• Validate end-to-end instant payment flows (initiation, clearing, settlement, exception handling).
• Ensure compliance with instant payment schemes (WERO, SCT Inst, etc.), PSD2/PSD3 regulations (SCA, XS2A), and high availability requirements.
• Identify, track, and support resolution of defects with development teams.
• Support go-live and post-production activities to ensure solution stability and service quality.

Your profile

• Degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in a relevant field (Finance, Banking, IT, or equivalent)
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Test Analyst, or Functional Analyst in banking or payments.
• Advanced expertise in instant payment systems (WERO, SCT Inst, RT1, TIPS, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of instant payment flows and ISO 20022 messages.
• Good knowledge of PSD2 and PSD3 regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with testing tools such as JIRA, Xray, HP ALM, Zephyr, or similar.
• Familiarity with Project management methodologies.
• Fluent in French and English required
