UI/UX Designer
OMRT is shifting to deep, long-term client collaborations, redefining real estate technology use. We are scaling up and need a dedicated UI/UX Designer to own the end-to-end user journey, translating complex business needs into intuitive, high-quality user experiences. This role involves maintaining a robust design system and allows autonomy over the end-user experience for a high-impact product used by major real estate clients globally. You will be shaping a tool for industry leaders. This role is within the Product Team, reporting to the Product Lead and collaborating daily with Product Managers, Developers, and Marketing.
What you’ll do
- Design System Management: Create, edit, and maintain a scalable design system to ensure visual and functional consistency.
- Rapid Prototyping (with and without AI): Deliver high-fidelity prototypes at speed to validate product concepts and user flows
- Requirement Translation: Transform high-level business requirements into actionable, user-centric interface designs.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work across multiple teams and departments to align design solutions with technical and business constraints.
- Visual Asset Production: Provide high-quality graphic design and animation assets to support product and marketing needs (as a multi-disciplined plus).
- Developer Handoff: Ensure seamless implementation by providing clear documentation and assets to the engineering team.
Education and skill requirements
- A higher education degree in graphic design and motion/animation or equivalent experience in professional tech environment.
- Design System Architecture: The ability to build, scale, and maintain a robust component library in Figma, ensuring visual consistency and efficient updates across the platform.
- Rapid High-Fidelity Prototyping: Proficiency in producing interactive prototypes at high speed to test user flows and validate complex business logic before development begins.
- Multi-Disciplinary Visual Design: Skilled in graphic design and motion/animation to enhance the product's aesthetic and support cross-departmental marketing or branding needs.
- Information Architecture: The capability to take complex real estate data and business requirements and organize them into intuitive, user-friendly navigation and layouts.
The personality we are looking for
- Context Switching & Multitasking: The ability to move seamlessly between different tasks, such as shifting from a deep-dive design system update to a quick animation request, while managing changing volumes of work.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: A proven ability to cooperate with multiple teams (PMs, Developers, and other departments) to find the best balance between user needs and technical feasibility.
- Meticulous Attention to Detail: A "pixel-perfect" mindset, ensuring that every design handoff is precise, documented, and free of errors.
- Business-to-Design Translation: The skill of listening to high-level business goals and translating them into a tangible end-user experience that adds value for international clients.

- Fluent English
