Scrum Master

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure proper use of Scrum artifacts
• Support the Product Owner in effective backlog management and value-driven prioritization
• Coach teams towards agility, self-organization, and continuous improvement
• Identify and proactively remove technical, organizational, and people-related impediments
• Promote agile estimating, planning, and metrics (velocity vs productivity)
• Encourage Agile Software Engineering practices and Software Craftsmanship
• Collaborate with stakeholders using Jira and Confluence

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Delivery Lead
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP)
• Experience with Agile estimating and planning
• Knowledge of CI/CD, TDD, and automated testing practices
• Experience with agile metrics
• Background in software development (valued)
• Excellent communication, analysis, and listening skills
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
