We are currently recruiting for an interesting onsite UX Designer role for a major Swedish Agency Client based in Stockholm, Sweden:

Duration: 12 months + extensions

Location: Stockholm Onsite

Pay Rate: Negotiable

English & Swedish Speaking

Job Role:

As a UX/UI Designer, you have documented experience of developing and working with design systems and all that it entails in at least one major company with several development teams. You can work on design both visually and functionally – of course you work according to the UX design process and have the ability to drive and keep the UX/UI work together in this.

Your main tasks are to:

• Build and manage design systems with design tokens for our brands
• Build component libraries in Figma for the design system.
• Usability testing and accessibility review of the design system.
• Be involved in developing templates, principles and guidelines for the design system.
• Be involved in developing working methods for how they should work with the design system in the organization.
• Support and coach the teams in UX/UI design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams with UX, backend developers, product owners to deliver a customer-focused user experience.
• Quality review and quality test everything and work according to the design process.

Our customer is looking for you who have the following:

• 5+ years of relevant work experience as a UX/UI designer.
• Documented experience in visualizing a concept/solution, e.g. through sketches, wireframes or prototypes, from at least four previous assignments/projects.
• At least three years of work experience of having had the main responsibility for the development, implementation and management of design systems, as well as working with design tokens in digital projects.
• At least three years of documented work experience of having worked with websites that meet the accessibility requirement WCAG AAA and thus can apply methods in accessibility and accessibility review
• Experience in implementing and managing complex design systems in larger organizations
• Great experience in communicating, managing stakeholders, collaborating and presenting.
• Experience in working in organizations working in agile processes and SAFe.
