Associate Manager - VMO

My client, based in Abu Dhabi, is a well known PropTech company. They are searching for an:

Associate Manager VMO.

This candidate will re responsible for supporting and driving strategic digital transformation initiatives within the real estate sector in Abu Dhabi.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role offers high visibility and is critical to ensuring the effective delivery of regulatory and commercial digital programs aligned with organizational objectives.

The role operates at the intersection of business, technology, and product, providing centralized governance, execution oversight, and coordination across cross-functional teams.

You will:

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of multiple digital initiatives
• Establish and enforce PMO governance, standards, methodologies, and reporting
• Monitor program performance across business, technology, and product teams
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, external vendors, and regulatory entities
• Prepare executive-level dashboards and reports
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and delivery issues
• Support portfolio prioritization and continuous improvement initiatives

What you need to have:

• 6–9 years of experience in VMO, PMO, project management, or program management roles
• Proven experience managing multiple complex initiatives in matrix organizations
• Hands-on experience delivering digital or technology-enabled programs
• Strong exposure to working with cross-functional business, product, and technology teams
• Experience engaging senior leadership and supporting executive-level decision-making
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Master’s degree is an advantage
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.

This role is paying up to 35 000 AED per month plus comprehensive benefits.
