What You'll Do

  • Build and deploy AI solutions that improve assessment accuracy, accelerate processing times, and enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborate with insurance specialists to convert claims workflows into scalable, AI-driven processes.
  • Implement large language models (LLMs), LangChain, and other cutting-edge tools to handle complex insurance challenges at scale.
  • Lead projects from initial concept through deployment, continuously measuring and optimizing performance metrics.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or research.
  • Proven track record of executing AI/ML projects from start to finish, with measurable impact on key business metrics.
  • Proficiency in deploying AI solutions, including experience with LLMs and related frameworks.
  • Strong communication skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Comfortable working in fast-changing environments and managing ambiguity.

Nice To Have Skills

  • Experience with emerging AI frameworks like LangChain.
  • Familiarity with insurance claim processes and workflows.
  • Knowledge of cloud deployment and scalable solutions.
  • Previous experience in startup or scale-up settings.

Preferred Education And Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related fields.
  • Successful history of developing AI products that deliver business value.

Other Requirements

  • Ability to work remotely up to 30 days per year.
  • Willingness to participate in company offsites and team-building activities.
