Role USP: You act as the bridge between business and IT, lead Agile infrastructure projects, and ensure initiatives are delivered optimally in terms of scope, quality, and budget.

🎯 YOUR ROLE

As an Agile Project Manager (Infrastructure) within an IT Production Tribe, you are the link between business stakeholders and IT teams. You guide IT production initiatives from concept to delivery, monitor feature progress, and ensure that expected results are achieved.

You organize ceremonies, identify and facilitate the resolution of impediments, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders. You protect your team from overload and support management in prioritization, budgeting, and scope management.

📌 WHAT YOU DO

Initiative & Delivery Management

• Act as Initiative Owner for IT Production initiatives
• Support the business Initiative Owner in prioritization, budget, scope, and value
• Monitor and report on feature delivery status

Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Organize Agile ceremonies (Scrum of Scrums, Quarterly Agile Planning, …)
• Identify and facilitate resolution of impediments
• Create a safe and open communication environment
• Protect teams from unexpected workloads

Agile & Process Optimization

• Serve as a bridge between business and IT suppliers, challenging both parties to deliver optimal solutions
• Continuously improve processes and ensure adherence to Agile ways of working

🫵 YOU

Must-haves:

• Minimum 6 years in a similar role, 10 years professional experience
• Strong technical background in IT infrastructure and Agile ways of working
• Ability to understand complex technical and infrastructure architecture documents
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Team player, proactive, analytical, and control-minded
• Languages: fluent Dutch and French, good English

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with infrastructure migration projects
• Experience in the banking or regulated sector
• PM / Agile certifications (Prince2, PMP, Scrum Master)
• Coaching and facilitation skills
