Business Analyst

ALTEN is looking for a Business Analyst to support one of our key clients within a large-scale IT environment in the automotive domain. In this role, you will work closely with IT teams, data engineers, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into clear, value-driven requirements.

About the role

As a Business Analyst, you will support initiatives related to data, analytics, and system integrations. You will help ensure that business requirements are clearly defined, aligned with technical solutions, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Main responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Translate business needs into clear and structured requirements
• Collaborate closely with IT, data engineers, and business stakeholders
• Support initiatives within data platforms, analytics, and BI
• Contribute to stakeholder alignment in complex environments

Your profile

You likely have:

• A background in Telecom or Automotive
• Experience working closely with IT, data engineers, and business stakeholders
• Strong skills in translating business needs into clear requirements and data-driven solutions
• Experience navigating complex systems, integrations, and large-scale data platforms

Experience within one or more of the following areas is valuable:

• Data platforms and large datasets
• BI and analytics
• Requirements management in complex IT landscapes
• Stakeholder management in large organizations
