Job Description:

• 10+ Years of experience in similar role
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and configuration support for enterprise network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewalls)
• Perform RCA and problem management for recurring network issues
• Manage routing, switching, BGP/OSPF, SD-WAN, DNS/DHCP services
• Review and approve network changes as part of CAB
• Ensure network compliance, backup configurations, and security hardening
