Position: Golang Expert

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $ 30-$150/hr

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using Golang.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into reliable software solutions.
  • Review code to ensure quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.
  • Optimize existing systems for efficiency, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Debug and resolve complex technical issues across distributed systems.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of development workflows and engineering standards.
  • Document system designs, implementation details, and coding best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience developing production-grade applications in Golang.
  • Strong understanding of Go programming paradigms, idioms, and concurrency models.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms and services.
  • Solid software engineering fundamentals and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
