We're working with Dover Corporation on this exciting opportunity.

Join a dynamic team as an HR Generalist, supporting daily HR operations from recruitment to employee relations. This is a pivotal role in fostering a high-performance culture within a global manufacturing leader, utilizing your expertise in HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors and Workday.

The Role

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring top talent acquisition.
• Develop and conduct comprehensive onboarding and orientation programs.
• Administer HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals and legal requirements.
• Provide expert guidance on HR matters, including conflict resolution and performance improvement.
• Maintain accurate employee records and support HR system audits (HRIS, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday).
  
  

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field with 2-3 years of HR experience.
• Strong understanding of Federal and local labor laws.
• Proficiency in administering HRIS systems; SAP SuccessFactors and/or Workday experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and Microsoft Office Suite skills.
