Role: DevOps Engineer

Location: Bavdhan, Pune

Key Responsibilities

  • Automate AWS provisioning using Terraform to maintain environment parity across UAT, Staging, and Prod.
  • Manage and fine-tune Kubernetes (EKS) clusters, including Helm charts and resource limits to avoid OOM errors.
  • Optimize Jenkins pipelines for faster, zero-downtime deployments with Pipeline-as-Code.
  • Enhance observability by configuring Grafana and Prometheus for proactive alerting, reducing MTTR (Mean Time to Recovery).
  • Dockerize multi-stage builds and maintain the monitoring stack to support reliable release cycles.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Cloud & Orchestration: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes (EKS), Helm.
  • IaC & Automation: Terraform, Jenkins (Pipeline-as-Code), Shell Scripting.
  • Observability: Grafana, Prometheus (for proactive alerting).
  • 3-4 years of hands-on DevOps experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to handle production-scale infrastructure
