Kinetech is recruiting a Cyber Security Analyst to join a growing IT function within a well-established organisation. This is a hands-on role with real influence across security governance, incident response and risk management.

What you’ll be doing:

• Protecting systems from cyber threats and unauthorised access
• Monitoring networks, servers and endpoints for security events
• Investigating and responding to cyber incidents end-to-end
• Producing cyber security MI, reports and threat trend analysis
• Managing information security risks and controls
• Supporting audits and regulatory compliance
• Promoting a strong cyber-aware culture across the business

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a cyber security role
• Strong understanding of ISO 27001, NIST or similar frameworks
• Hands-on experience with SIEM, firewalls, IDS/IPS, EDR and vulnerability scanning
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with Azure and M365 is highly desirable
