Senior Project Manager

We are seeking for an experienced Senior Project Manager for a key client based in Luxembourg.

Main tasks:

• Serve as the primary point of accountability for assigned projects; define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with strategic business goals; drive end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies; ensure compliance with ISP Servitia ICT Project Management Policy and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid); apply engineering principles to optimize technical solutions and ensure feasibility.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including Project Sponsors, Digital Business Partners (DBPs), and PMO; facilitate communication between ISS teams, client functions, and technical experts.
• Conduct progress status meetings and prepare executive-level reports for senior management; monitor KPIs, ensure adherence to SLAs, and maintain contractual obligations.
• dentify, assess, and mitigate technical and operational risks; manage escalations and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including engineers, developers, and business analysts; mentor junior PMs, promote knowledge transfer, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Specific Expertise:

• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and system architecture; ability to translate technical requirements into business solutions.
• Proven experience managing large-scale IT projects in banking or financial services; strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall); proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence).
• Familiarity with regulatory projects (e.g., DORA, GDPR) and security compliance frameworks; understanding of IT security principles and risk management best practices.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite and enterprise collaboration tools; ability to support troubleshooting of major technical issues; experience with cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and data protection.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple stakeholders and conflicting priorities;
• Ability to align projects with organizational objectives.
• Strong capability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Expertise in managing organizational change and adoption.
• Understanding of budgeting, cost control, and ROI analysis.
• Ability to lead teams effectively in high-stakes environments.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in an ICT relevant field.

• English at B2 level
• Nice to have Italian
• French is a plus
