Project Manager

We are seeking for an experienced Project Management Office for a key client based in Luxembourg.

Main Task:

• Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, and dashboards for senior management.
• Support project governance by ensuring adherence to PMO standards and templates.
• Coordinate meetings, maintain minutes, and track action items.
• Monitor project progress and update schedules under guidance from senior PMO staff.
• Help maintain risk and issue logs, escalating concerns when necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project tasks.

Specific Expertise:

• Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to ensure accuracy in documentation and reporting.
• Capability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Willingness to develop project management skills and pursue certifications.
• Strong interpersonal skills to assist and collaborate effectively.
• Ability to adjust to dynamic project environments and priorities.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in an ICT relevant field.

Languages:

• English at B2 level
• Nice to have Italian
• French is a plus
