Scrum Master

JCW Group has partnered with a leading financial services firm to hire a Scrum Master / Business Analyst to support delivery across business operations, AI initiatives, and data programs in New York City. In this hybrid Contract-to-Hire role, you will lead execution, keep teams on track, and provide leadership with clear visibility into progress, risks, and results.

Responsibilities:

• Run Agile ceremonies across multiple teams and manage sprint delivery
• Maintain Azure DevOps boards, stories, acceptance criteria, and reporting
• Turn business needs into clear requirements, workflows, and user stories
• Work with stakeholders to remove blockers and keep initiatives moving
• Lead UAT coordination including test planning, defect tracking, and sign-off
• Build ADO and Power BI dashboards
• Support both Agile/Waterfall

Requirements:

• 4–7 years of experience in a Scrum Master, Business Analyst
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps boards, queries, and dashboards
• Experience building Power BI reports for delivery and portfolio tracking
• Experience supporting AI, data, or cross-functional technology initiatives preferred
• Financial services or consulting background preferred
