"The Manufacturing IS coordination team lays within the Information Technology & Digital Division to support IS delivery across the 4-vehicle manufacturing and 3-unit European plants. Its primary objective is to facilitate the project delivery of IT solution by the pan European and local teams.

It's providing guidance in program/project management, Business analysis and solution architecture. It's supporting the digitalisation transformation on various scope: IoT, Manufacturing Data, Production support application, plant logistics and production engineering. As program manager you will be responsible for:

• Lead the planning and implementation of multiple manufacturing IT projects across various countries.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, manufacturing, and local country teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. -
• Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
• Implement and promote Agile practices within the project teams. "

Academics:

Master or experience equivalent
