Must-HaveAgile Scrum Expertise6 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile SAFe environments.Deep understanding of Scrum principles, Agile values, and SAFe practices.Strong knowledge of Scrum ceremonies, frameworks, and best practices.Proven ability to guide 23 Scrum teams effectively.Team Facilitation Delivery SupportFacilitation of sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Effective collaboration with Product Owners for backlog refinement and prioritization.Strong capability in removing impediments and shielding teams from external disruptions.Demonstrated problem-solving skills.Leadership Coaching. Strong servant-leadership mindset and coaching abilities.Commitment to continuous improvement and fostering a culture of agility.Experience working in engineering IT environments with iterative development methods.Communication Stakeholder SkillsExcellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.Ability to support healthy team dynamics and resolve conflicts.Good-to-Have Scaled Agile Coordination Experience coordinating with Release Train Engineers (RTEs) and other Scrum Masters for dependency management.Ability to facilitate PI (Program Increment) planning in SAFe environments.Experience managing Agile Release Trains (ARTs).Cross Team CollaborationExpertise in cross-team collaboration to resolve dependencies across teams and ARTs.Strong alignment-building skills with multiple stakeholders.Additional Agile Practices, Understanding of complementary Agile frameworks (Kanban, Lean, etc.).Experience driving organization-level continuous improvement initiatives.Role descriptions Expectations from the Role 1Facilitate all Scrum events efficiently to keep the team aligned and focused.2Remove impediments proactively to maximize team productivity.3Enable continuous improvement by driving learning and process refinement.4Coach the team and stakeholders on Agile values, principles, and practices.5Foster healthy team dynamics and psychological safety for effective collaboration.6Support the Product Owner in maintaining a clear, prioritized backlog.7Promote transparency through clear communication and visible metrics.8Protect the team from scope creep and external disruptions during the sprint.9Use data and metrics to guide improvements in delivery and predictability.10Facilitate cross team collaboration to resolve dependencies and align on goals.
