Who we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in HR Administration, ideally managing HR processes for multiple clients
- Hands-on experience with HR administration across the full employee lifecycle (contracts, addendums, onboarding, offboarding, employee records, etc.)
- Experience working with DP Payroll is a big plus ⭐
- Comfortable working from the office and based in Bucharest
- Good English skills – you’ll be working with international clients 🌍
- A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented mindset 🧠
- Someone who genuinely enjoys supporting clients and employees with accurate and timely HR solutions
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing end-to-end HR administrative processes for a portfolio of clients
- Preparing and maintaining employment documentation in line with local legislation
- Acting as a trusted HR contact point for clients and employees
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
- Ensuring compliance, accuracy, and smooth day-to-day HR operations
