Job Opportunity: Fullstack Java React Developer

Role Overview:

The role involves participating in all stages of the development life cycle, including analysis, design, testing, and production support. You will work closely with your team to deliver high-quality solutions, ensuring both new functionality and ongoing support are maintained.

Location: Cracow, hybrid model (office visit 2 times per week)

Type of contract: B2B

English skills: B2/C1

Responsibilities

• Work within a team of 4-6 people with a dedicated Product Owner, sometimes across geographically dispersed locations
• Take business requirements, break them into stories, and deliver iteratively to production
• Provide product support as an integral part of the role: “the team builds it, the team supports it”
• Identify areas of technical debt and balance work between new functionality and debt resolution
• Design solutions for new features while adhering to technology guidelines and constraints
• Collaborate closely with other team members, including pair programming

Requirements

• Willingness to learn multiple programming languages
• Demonstrable experience in at least one language (Java preferred, JavaScript is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database concepts from a consumer perspective
• Working knowledge of UNIX environments
• Experience with version control (GIT)
• Understanding of HTTP APIs, including RESTful APIs
• Good communication skills in English
• Optional: experience with JavaScript/React
