We are looking for Scrum Master / Agile Master, who wants to learn and transform his career.

In this role you will:

• Be responsible for facilitating and guiding the scrum team in adopting and implementing the Scrum framework – which includes organising and leading Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, promoting collaboration and ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and values.

• Be a crucial member of the Agile development team responsible for implementing and maintaining the Scrum framework. Their primary role is to facilitate the Scrum process, remove obstacles and ensure that the team follows the Agile principles and practices.

Mandatory skills:

• Uma das seguintes certificações: CSM (Certified Scrum Master); ou PSM I (Professional Scrum Master level I); ou equivalente
• Minimum of 3 (three) years of proven professional experience in the job market, specifically in Information Technology.
• Experience in Mendix projects with multiple teams (distributed delivery).
• Understanding of the tool's limitations and capabilities to realistically refine user stories.
• Experience with Mendix integrations or Low-Code Factory initiatives preferred.

Desirable Skills:

• Knowledge of agile practices such as: Incremental Design, Planning Poker, Refactoring, Automated Testing, BDD, TDD, Pair Programming, Concept of Done, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, collective code ownership, User Stories, etc.
