ServiceNow GRC Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow GRC Consultant to support Risk and Compliance Transformation initiatives using the ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in IRM and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) and hold mandatory ServiceNow certifications. This role will work closely with business, risk, and compliance stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize GRC solutions aligned with regulatory and organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow GRC / IRM solutions
• Lead and support Risk & Compliance Transformation initiatives
• Implement and manage Integrated Risk Management (IRM) modules
• Configure and support Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) processes
• Customize workflows, risk statements, controls, indicators, and assessments
• Support risk identification, assessment, mitigation, monitoring, and reporting
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal policies
• Provide system configuration, documentation, testing, and deployment support
• Support post-implementation enhancements and production issues

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC / IRM
• Proven experience in Integrated Risk Management (IRM) – key skill
• Proven experience in Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) – key skill
• Experience in Risk & Compliance Transformation programs
• Good understanding of risk, compliance, and governance processes
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Mandatory Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – MANDATORY
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk & Compliance (CIS-RC)
