For one of our globally leading tech clients we are urgently looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager for a long contract based in Stockholm, Sweden

Role Description

The Project Manager will manage the IT aspects of projects, ensuring delivery against objectives related to scope, budget, time, and quality. The role involves close coordination with stakeholders and ownership of the complete project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects with full accountability for scope, budget, timeline, and quality
• Define project design including objectives, deliverables, and resource commitments
• Develop and maintain project plans and schedules
• Manage vendor contracting and third-party engagements when required
• Oversee budget planning, tracking, and financial responsibility
• Lead project execution, monitoring, and closure activities
• Manage stakeholder expectations and requirements
• Ensure effective resource management across the project lifecycle

Essential Skills

• Strong experience as an IT Project Manager and Scrum Master
• Ability to quickly understand new business processes, requirements, and technologies
• Broad technical knowledge across multiple technology platforms and programs
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Structured and methodical working style
• Strong team collaboration and leadership capabilities
• Swedish speaking and writing proficiency (good level)
• English speaking and writing proficiency (good level)
