Role Overview

People Operations Coordinator supports the delivery of high-quality HR operational services across the employee lifecycle. This role ensures accurate HR data management, smooth execution of HR processes, and compliance with internal policies and local regulations. The position works closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Talent teams, and Total rewards.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, job changes, and offboarding;
  • Prepare and process HR documentation (employment contracts, amendments, confirmations, certificates);
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems;
  • Ensure timely execution of HR transactions in line with SLAs and internal controls;
  • Respond to requests via HR case management / ticketing tools (myServices);
  • Provide clear guidance on HR processes, policies, and procedures;
  • Ensure HR data accuracy and integrity in accordance with PepsiCo standards;
  • Assist with audits, controls testing, and documentation where required;
  • Handle sensitive employee data with high confidentiality and professionalism;
  • Support standardization and documentation of HR processes;
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and Associate experience;
  • Participate in HR transformation initiatives, system enhancements, or process redesign projects;
  • Work closely with Payroll, Benefits, HR Business Partners;
  • Contribute to team knowledge sharing and best practice adoption.

Qualifications

Qualifications& Experience

  • Previous experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, People Operations, or HR Shared Services;
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end HR processes;
  • Experience working with HR systems (e.g. Workday, SAP SuccessFactors – an advantage);
  • Experience in a multinational or SSC environment preferred;

Languages

Fluent English and foreign language (if applicable)
