• Build out the knowledge base of the technology teams on leading trends in the APAC under Cards, Rewards/Loyalty and Collections domains, and IT delivery in general
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders in both business and IT to assist in defining and delivering high quality solutions

Requirements:

• Cards & Rewards/Loyalty
• - Issuing covering card issuance & lifecycle management, authorization & transaction processing, clearing & settlement, security & compliance, disputes & chargebacks, digital enablement, etc
• - Acquiring covering merchant onboarding & management, payment acceptance channels, transaction processing, settlement & reconciliation, risk & fraud management, etc
• - Rewards & Loyalty covering program design & management, earn & redeem mechanics, settlement & accounting, analytics & personalization, customer experience, etc

- Collections Lifecycle, Strategy & Segmentation, Payment Arrangements, Analytics & Reporting, etc
