Role Summary:

We are looking for a technical project manager to oversee the end-to-end project timelines and completion for our various projects in the SEA Region. The technical project will be responsive for overseeing the application development of different projects and solutions

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the Scrum Master and Project Manager for multiple project streams, overseeing the Agile Scrum processes and ensuring efficient delivery.
• I'd like you to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Work with the QA team, making sure testing and quality assurance activities are performed throughout the development lifecycle.
• Generate and distribute daily status reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, impediments, and upcoming tasks.
• Actively lead & participate in project activities, contributing insights and expertise to drive continuous improvement.
• Champion process improvements and best practices within the Agile framework.
• Oversee end-to-end app solution development and its process

Requirements:

• Experience Level: At least 6 years of project management experience
• Experience in app development projects or infrastructure
• Have experience managing projects within or for the governmental sector

Skills:

• Technical Background Preferred
• Excellent communication skills to present and defend design decisions.
• Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional, agile environment.
• Close attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt designs based on feedback and testing outcomes
