What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
• Build trust and psychological safety within teams to encourage honest retrospectives and improvement actions
• Maintain backlog health, ensuring work is properly categorized and ready for commitment
• Track, analyze, and communicate sprint metrics to improve planning accuracy over time
• Identify and pursue impediments that cross team boundaries, escalating to the Agile Practice Lead when necessary
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Prior experience as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead supporting cross-functional product or technology teams
• Strong interpersonal skills to build trust quickly within teams
• Proficient in Jira for backlog management, workflow configuration, and reporting
• Ability to operate across multiple teams and adapt to different maturity levels
• A diagnostic mindset to identify and address team, process, and organizational problems
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience scaling Agile practices in maturing organizations
• Background supporting technology, data, or platform teams with significant cross-team dependencies
• Demonstrated ability to create templates, guides, and operating standards
• Experience within a structured Agile practice under a practice lead or center of excellence
