What You'll Do

We are looking for a Business Analyst – AI to drive the development of intelligent, data-driven features that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency in our modern money platform. You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, supporting AI-powered product development, designing data workflows, and contributing to intelligent automation solutions that ensure efficiency, compliance, and value delivery across fintech products in multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct analytical and research tasks related to AI solution development, including sourcing, analyzing, and preparing datasets for model training and evaluation.
• Analyze and refine business and product requirements, review user stories from the Product Manager, clarify acceptance criteria, and ensure requirements are development-ready.
• Manage and maintain the product backlog in Jira, coordinate sprint tasks, and facilitate effective stakeholder collaboration.
• Create and maintain analytical and product documentation, including business requirements, user flows, process diagrams, technical specifications, and meeting notes.
• Collaborate with development teams, AI engineers, and data scientists to translate business needs into clearly defined technical tasks.
• Conduct market and competitive research, gather and structure input data to support AI product decisions, and improve model applicability.
• Keep documentation up-to-date in Confluence and provide analytical support to the team during AI feature development and implementation.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in fintech, AI, or other technology-driven products.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, including model behavior, data quality considerations, and limitations.
• Awareness of AI compliance and data privacy regulations in Europe (e.g., GDPR, AI Act).
• Proven analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple research, analysis, and documentation tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in data collection, representation, and basic data analysis.
• Experience creating visual artifacts, such as diagrams, flow charts, and process maps.
• Hands-on experience with requirements management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Familiarity with Agile delivery processes, backlog management, and user story documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum B1+).
• Product-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and a structured approach to problem solving.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in AI, Data, or Analytics projects.
• Hands-on use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Copilot, etc.) in research or workflow automation.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, or Python for data inspection and validation.
• Experience preparing or curating datasets for model training or fine-tuning.
