Location: Warsaw / Hybrid 3 days from office

Employment Type: B2B Contract / Mandate contract (umowa zlecenie) 6 months

Salary: 47-52zł/hour (depending on experience, 8 hours/day)

Are you an experienced HR Onboarding Specialist with a passion for precise operations and exceptional employee support? We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to deliver high-quality onboarding services, support HR processes, and contribute to innovative projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute precise Onboarding operations, including hire processes, job changes, physical signing sessions, and administrative tasks.
• Input data accurately into ERP systems.
• Prepare key HR documents such as contracts, medical referrals, and employment addendums.
• Perform process controls, data uploads, and reconciliations to maintain HR accuracy.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, supporting employees and managers with HR-related queries
• Report on volumes, challenges, and progress.
• Participate in country-specific or regional projects, offering valuable process and knowledge-based input.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Onboarding operations, customer service, or employee services.
• Background in HR, Recruitment, Personnel Administration, or Onboarding.
• Proficiency in Polish and English (spoken & written).
• Familiarity with TETA, Workday or SNOW systems (a strong plus).
