We are looking for a Recruiter with full‑cycle hiring experience who can support fast‑paced hiring needs across Product, Research, and Engineering roles.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with the senior recruiter and hiring managers, anticipate future talent needs, and help build a strong pipeline of candidates. You should be comfortable sourcing and engaging talent through multiple channels, conducting structured interviews, and guiding candidates smoothly through the process. Ultimately, you’ll help ensure we attract, hire, and retain top talent while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
This is a 6‑month fixed‑term contract position designed to provide immediate recruiting support across multiple functions.

What You Will Do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned requisitions.
- Partner with hiring managers to craft and refine job descriptions and role requirements.
- Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, referrals, and other creative channels.
- Review and evaluate resumes and job applications.
- Assess candidates’ skills, experience, technical abilities, soft skills, and cultural alignment.
- Provide regular updates to hiring teams.
- Apply and promote recruiting best practices throughout the process.
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Experience in full‑cycle recruiting, ideally with a focus on technical roles across engineering, product, research, or cybersecurity.
- A genuine commitment to candidate experience, ensuring every interaction is timely, respectful, and high‑quality.
- Comfort working in a fast‑paced, international environment, collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders across multiple time zones.
- Ability to step into a fixed-term role and contribute effectively while learning our tools, workflows, and technical hiring needs.
- Clear and collaborative communication skills.
- A thoughtful approach to interviewing, with the ability to use structured methods to help assess both technical and non‑technical skills.
- Familiarity with ATS tools and modern sourcing techniques.
