Infrastructure Project Manager

Role Purpose

This is a hands-on, strategic role for someone who thrives in cross-border project delivery. You'll be responsible for managing full lifecycle projects—especially integration and digital transformation efforts—with a sharp focus on scope, schedule, budget, and alignment with strategic goals. Expect to work across functions, geographies, and cultures—bringing structure, clarity, and momentum wherever you go.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage mid-to-large IT and business change projects end-to-end
• Define and align scope, timelines, deliverables, and budgets
• Apply standardized PMO methodologies, templates, and quality checks
• Handle execution, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
• Ensure strategic alignment using OKRs and value-driven delivery
• Contribute to building a global, standardized IT project portfolio
• Maintain PMO governance and support continuous improvement efforts
• Participate in demand planning and resource allocation activities
• Support IT onboarding for acquisitions and integration projects
• Lead cross-functional teams including vendors and internal stakeholders
• Share best practices through internal knowledge-sharing forums

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in IT project delivery (ideally across multiple countries or regions)
• Strong knowledge of structured IT change (Agile,Waterfall, Kanban etc).
• Familiarity with integration programs (especially M&A-related) and enterprise-level IT transformations is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
