Role overview

The Digital Performance & Analytics Specialist will join a global beverages organization as part of an international team supporting digital initiatives across local, regional, and global markets.

This role focuses on enabling data-driven decision-making by designing analytics frameworks, developing digital performance capabilities, and translating complex data into clear business insights for B2B brand teams.

Key responsibilities

📊 Support global digital projects for B2B brand teams across multiple markets.

📈 Define analytics strategies, frameworks, and use cases to support business decisions.

🧠 Build and scale digital performance and analytics capabilities through hands-on implementation.

📉 Analyze trends, user behavior, and digital performance across categories and regions.

📊 Develop dashboards, hypotheses, and experiments to measure market and user performance.

🤝 Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Customer Experience teams.

📚 Promote a data-driven culture by sharing best practices and improving analytics adoption.

🔍 Support the collection and analysis of both quantitative and qualitative insights.

Requirements

🎓 Degree in Marketing & Communication, Mathematics, Statistics, Management, or a related technical field.

💼 Minimum 2 years of experience in digital analytics or performance-focused roles.

📊 Strong hands-on experience with Google Analytics GA4 / GA360 and Google Tag Manager.

🧩 Experience with data layer configurations, enhanced e-commerce setups, and event tracking.

📉 Proficiency in Google Looker Studio (Power BI is a plus).

🗄️ Experience with SQL, Microsoft Excel, BigQuery, and Google Cloud Platform.

💻 Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and web debugging tools.

🧪 Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and user behavior tools (e.g., Hotjar).

📢 Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and digital acquisition channels is a plus.

🧠 Exposure to data sets used in machine learning and AI initiatives is considered a plus.

🗣️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese.
