📍 Location: Hybrid – Grozăvești, Bucharest, Romania

💼 Work setup: Contract or B2B

What you’ll do:

• Enforce information security policies and internal regulations to ensure compliance and safeguard data;
• Detect, analyze, and respond to security incidents, threats, and breaches;
• Manage vulnerability scanning, risk assessments, and remediation activities;
• Design, implement, and optimize Data Loss Prevention (DLP) rules to prevent data leakage;
• Review and approve security-related changes, including firewall rules, application installations, and system updates;
• Monitor evolving cyber threats, including AI-driven fraud and phishing attacks;
• Support penetration testing, Red Team exercises, and audit processes;
• Automate security workflows with Python or PowerShell scripting.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field;
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Information Security;
• Practical experience with vulnerability scanning tools and DLP solutions;
• Strong understanding of network security, CVEs, CVSS, and OWASP Top 10;
• Experience reviewing and validating security change requests;
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
• Proficiency in English;
• Security certifications are a plus (e.g., CEH, SCCP, or technology-specific IT security courses).
