3D Designer (Digital Twin Integration)
We are looking for a 3D Designer specializing in Digital Twin Integration to transform complex CAD files into clean, production‑ready 3D assets compatible with modern rendering and AI‑assisted workflows.

Key Responsibilities
- Harmonize digital twins and associated metadata for consistent, scalable 3D asset pipelines.
- Ingest, clean, and convert CAD/drawing files; unify naming conventions and metadata fields.
- Prepare assets for PBR workflows and create procedural materials using Substance 3D tools.
- Ensure all models meet technical standards, including units, materials, rights, and claims.
- Set up templates and rendering-ready assets for automated or semi‑automated packshot generation.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support AI‑assisted 3D conversion workflows.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in 3D modeling, digital product visualization, or animation.
- Advanced skills in Maya, Blender, or 3ds Max, plus Substance Painter/Designer for PBR pipelines.
- Strong understanding of CAD formats, USD/GLTF, UV mapping, and topology optimization.
- Experience integrating assets in Unreal or Unity and using version control tools (Git/Perforce).
- Familiarity with generative AI tools for concepting or 3D asset creation.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities, with a structured approach to documentation.
